SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Flat Stickley ("Flat Stickley," "our," "we," and "us") handles the shipping of purchased products.

Orders typically take 5-10 business days to process and ship. Processing and shipping times may be longer during collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or method after checkout. Once an order is shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the provided email address. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment after it leaves our warehouse.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Flat Stickley provides USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all full-price mainline orders within the U.S. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the shipping address. Orders typically arrive 4-7 business days after departing our Texas distribution center. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout. 

We cannot combine separate orders into one shipment, and we do not deliver to PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary based on your location and will be calculated during checkout. We offer USPS First-Class Package International shipping, which cannot be changed once selected. Please allow 5-10 business days for international orders to be processed.

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, it will be returned to the sender (Flat Stickley) at your expense. If the receiver is absent during delivery attempts and does not request redelivery, the package will be considered abandoned. Customers who abandon a package forfeit the right to exchange or refund their order. If you refuse receipt of your package, it will be returned to Flat Stickley at your expense, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

In case your package arrives damaged or opened, please photograph the damage before inspecting its contents. File a claim with the courier used for shipping and contact us at flatstickley@gmail.com.
